How to Use:
Prepare and fix the smear using conventional methods.
Apply the stain and gently heat for 30 seconds to 1 minute until steam is generated.
Allow to cool, then rinse with water.
After drying, observe under a microscope. Spores will appear blue, blue-green, or green.
