This formulation contains casamino acids, glucose, salts, and essential supplements, providing a balanced minimal medium suitable for microbial research and recombinant protein expression studies.

Formula per liter:

• Casamino Acids: 5.0 g

• Sodium Phosphate, Dibasic: 6.0 g

• Potassium Phosphate, Monobasic: 3.0 g

• Sodium Chloride: 0.5 g

• Ammonium Chloride: 1.0 g

• D-Glucose: 2.0 g

• Magnesium Sulfate (anhydrous): 0.12 g

• Calcium Chloride: 0.0147 g

• Thiamine HCl: 0.001 g

• pH 7.0 ± 0.2 (25℃)

Preparation: Dissolve 17.6 g of powder in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water (adjust proportionally as needed). Heat until completely dissolved, dispense into containers, sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes, and cool before use. Slight insoluble material may be present.
