Directions for Use
- Suspend 26.2 g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water.
- Heat and boil for at least 1 minute until completely dissolved.
- Dispense into appropriate containers.
- Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
- Allow the medium to cool before pouring agar plates if required.
Antibiotics may be added as needed to enhance selectivity.
