Composition (per liter)
Enzymatic Digest of Casein (Tryptone): 10.0 g
Beef Extract: 6.0 g
Dextrose: 2.0 g
pH: 7.0 ± 0.2 (at 25°C)
Preparation Instructions
Weigh 18.0 g of m-TGE Broth powder and add to 1 L of distilled or deionized water.
Stir until fully dissolved.
Dispense into suitable containers.
Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
Cool and store for later use.
