Medium Composition (per liter):

Preparation Instructions:

1. Dissolve 8.0g of the medium in 990ml of distilled or deionized water with gentle warming.

2. Dispense 99ml per bottle.

3. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.

4. Cool to below 50°C, then add one vial of 0.1% lysozyme solution to each bottle.

5. Mix thoroughly and prepare for use.
