Preparation Instructions
Dissolve 48.0 g of the medium in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.
Heat to boiling until fully dissolved.
Dispense and sterilize at 116°C for 30–40 minutes or 121°C for 20 minutes.
After sterilization, shake well to prevent agar from settling at the bottom.
Cool and use as needed.
