Listeria Enrichment Broth Base 250g – LB1 LB2 Culture Medium

Listeria Enrichment Broth Base (LB1, LB2) is a dehydrated culture medium designed for the selective enrichment of Listeria species. It provides a nutrient-rich base that supports reliable bacterial recovery and growth during microbiological testing.

This product is supplied in 250g bottles with a 3-year shelf life under normal storage conditions.

Preparation Instructions:
Dissolve 49.4g of medium in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water. Heat gently until dissolved and dispense into containers. Sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 40–50°C before use. For LB1 preparation, supplement with nalidixic acid and acriflavin solutions as directed. For LB2 preparation, supplement with S0603 and S0604 solutions as instructed.
