Medium Composition (per liter):

• Peptone 5.0 g

Preparation Instructions:

1. Dissolve 31.35 g of the medium in 1L of distilled or deionized water (adjust proportionally if preparing other volumes).

2. Heat to boiling for at least 1 minute until completely dissolved.

3. Dispense into appropriate containers.

4. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.

5. Mix gently after sterilization to avoid agar sedimentation.
