Preparation Instructions

  1. Measure 37.5g of the medium and dissolve in 1L of distilled or deionized water (adjust quantities proportionally for larger or smaller volumes).

  2. Heat to a boil for 1 minute to ensure complete dissolution.

  3. Dispense and sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes.

  4. Cool to approximately 55°C, pour into petri dishes, and allow to cool and solidify before use.
