🧾 Medium Composition (per liter)

• Beef Extract – 5.0 g

⚙️ Directions for Use

1. Suspend 20.7 g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water.

2. Heat gently with stirring until completely dissolved.

3. Dispense into suitable containers.

4. Add 1 unit (1 g) of Polysorbate 80 (Tween 80) per 200 mL of medium.

5. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121 °C for 15 minutes.

6. Cool and prepare for use.
