• Pancreatic Digest of Casein – 3.7 g

Preparation Instructions

Dissolve 51g of the dehydrated medium in 980ml of distilled or deionized water. Add 20ml of ethanol, heat to boiling for at least 1 minute until fully dissolved. Sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes. Mix well after sterilization to prevent agar settling before solidification.
