Calcium carbonate – 3.0g

pH: 7.0 ± 0.2 (25℃)
Preparation Instructions
Dissolve 51.52g of the medium in 1L of distilled or deionized water.
Heat and boil for at least 1 minute to fully dissolve.
Dispense into containers and sterilize at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
Cool the medium to approximately 50℃ before preparing plates.
Gently shake to evenly distribute calcium carbonate insoluble particles throughout the plates.
Plates are ready for use in bacterial enumeration.
