Preparation Instructions
Dissolve 35.3g of LC Agar in 1L of distilled or deionized water.
Heat and boil until completely dissolved.
Dispense and sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
Shake well after sterilization to prevent agar settling.
Pour into plates and allow to solidify.
