Pancreatic Digest of Casein – 10.0 g
Yeast Extract – 5.0 g
Dextrose – 20.0 g
Monopotassium Phosphate – 6.0 g
Ammonium Citrate – 2.0 g
Sodium Acetate – 25.0 g
Tween 80 – 1.0 g
Magnesium Sulfate – 0.575 g
Manganese Sulfate – 0.12 g
Ferrous Sulfate – 0.034 g
Agar – 15.0 g
pH: 5.5 ± 0.2 (25℃)
Preparation Instructions:
Dissolve 84.7 g of the medium in 1L distilled or deionized water.
Add 1.32 mL glacial acetic acid and mix thoroughly.
Heat with stirring for 1 minute until completely dissolved.
Cool to 50–55℃ and pour plates.
For next-day use, sterilize by autoclaving at 118℃ for 15 minutes.
