
L-form Bacteria Isolation Agar – 250g for Isolation of L-form Bacteria
L-form Bacteria Isolation Agar is specifically designed for the selective isolation and cultivation of L-form bacteria from various samples. It contains a nutrient-rich blend of pancreatic digest of casein, enzymatic digest of soybean meal, and yeast extract to support the growth of L-form bacteria. The addition of dextrose and dipotassium hydrogen phosphate ensures optimal growth conditions for bacterial isolation. Ideal for microbiological studies and L-form bacteria research.
Ingredients Per Liter:
Pancreatic Digest of Casein: 17.0g
Enzymatic Digest of Soybean Meal: 3.0g
Sodium Chloride: 7.0g
Dextrose: 2.5g
Dipotassium Hydrogen Phosphate: 2.5g
Yeast Extract: 10.0g
Agar: 12.0g
pH: 7.5 ± 0.1 (at 25°C)
Instructions for Use:
Dissolve 54.0g of L-form Bacteria Isolation Agar in 1L of distilled or deionized water.
Heat the mixture until fully dissolved.
Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
After sterilization, mix thoroughly and pour into sterile petri dishes.
Allow to solidify and use for isolation.

Store in a cool, dry place, sealed tightly to prevent contamination.
