L-form Bacteria Hypertonic Salt Broth is specially designed for the enrichment of L-form bacteria in samples. Instructions for Use:
Dissolve 65.0g of L-form Bacteria Hypertonic Salt Broth in 1L of distilled or deionized water (adjustable for desired volume).
Heat until completely dissolved.
Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
After sterilization, allow to cool and use for enrichment.

Store in a cool, dry place, ensuring the container is tightly sealed to prevent contamination.
