Preparation Instructions
Suspend 54.2 g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water.
Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
Cool the medium to approximately 50°C.
Aseptically add 1.05 ml of 1% potassium tellurite solution and mix well.
Dispense 19 ml per sterile test tube (20 × 200 mm) for use.
Storage
Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Shelf life: 3 years.
