Enzymatic Digest of Animal Tissue: 7.5 g
Corn Starch: 1.0 g
Dipotassium Phosphate: 4.0 g

Agar: 10.0 g

Preparation Instructions
Dissolve 3.6 g of GC Agar Base in 50 ml distilled or deionized water.
Sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes, then cool to 50–55℃.
Dissolve 1 vial of sterile hemoglobin powder in 50 ml sterile water (with glass beads if needed) and preheat to ~50℃.
Add hemoglobin solution along the wall of the flask to the sterilized agar, mix gently.
Aseptically add 1 vial each of IsoVitaleX supplement and VCN selective inhibitor per 100 ml medium, mix gently.
Pour plates quickly to prevent agar solidification.
