Product Overview:
Enterobacteria Enrichment Broth is a selective liquid culture medium designed for the enrichment cultivation of enterobacteria. It is widely used in microbiological testing workflows prior to isolation and identification procedures in food, water, and environmental microbiology laboratories.

Composition (per liter):

• Peptone – 10.0 g

• Glucose Monohydrate – 5.0 g

• Dehydrated Ox Bile – 20.0 g

• Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate – 2.0 g

• Disodium Hydrogen Phosphate – 8.0 g

• Brilliant Green – 0.015 g

• pH 7.2 ± 0.2 (at 25℃)

Preparation Instructions:

1. Suspend 45.0 g of the medium in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.

2. Mix thoroughly until evenly dispersed.

3. Dispense 30 mL portions into suitable containers.

4. Sterilize at 115℃ for 20 minutes.

5. Allow to cool before use.
