⚗️ Preparation Instructions
- Suspend 26.0 g of dehydrated medium in 1,000 ml of distilled or deionized water
- Warm gently with stirring until fully dissolved
- Dispense into suitable containers
- Heat in a boiling water bath at 100 °C for 30 minutes
- Cool rapidly after heating
- Medium is ready for use
⚠ Do NOT autoclave. High-pressure sterilization is strictly prohibited.
🧫 Storage & Stability
- Store dehydrated medium in a dry environment at room temperature
- Protect from moisture and direct light
- Prepared medium should be used according to laboratory protocols
⚠️ Limitations & Precautions
- Autoclaving will damage the medium and must be avoided
- Do not use if powder shows caking, discoloration, or moisture absorption
- Not intended for clinical diagnostic use
