Medium Composition (per liter):
Tryptone 10.0g
Dextrose 5.0g
Bromcresol Purple 0.04g
Agar 15.0g
Preparation Instructions:
Dissolve 30.0g of the medium in 1L of distilled or deionized water.
Heat to boiling until completely dissolved.
Dispense into suitable containers.
Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
Shake well after sterilization to prevent agar sedimentation at the bottom of containers.
