Specialized Medium for DNase Enzyme Detection

DNase Test Agar contains 2g/L DNA substrate to detect deoxyribonuclease activity in microorganisms. The clear differentiation between positive and negative reactions makes it ideal for bacterial identification and characterization.

Key Applications:

– Staphylococcus aureus identification

– Bacterial taxonomy and classification

– Clinical isolate characterization

– Microbiology education and research

– Quality control in diagnostic laboratories
