Pancreatic Digest of Casein – 5.0 g
Glucose – 10.0 g
Soybean Lecithin – 7.0 g
Sodium Thiosulfate – 6.0 g
Sodium Hydrogensulfite – 2.5 g
Yeast Extract – 2.5 g
Sodium Thioglycollate – 1.0 g
Bromcresol Purple – 0.02 g
Agar – 15.0 g
Final pH: 7.6 ± 0.2 (25 °C)
⚙️ Directions for Use
Suspend 49.0 g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water.
Heat with stirring and boil for at least 1 minute until completely dissolved.
Dispense into suitable containers.
Add 1 g Tween 80 per 200 ml of medium.
Sterilize by autoclaving at 121 °C for 15 minutes.
Cool and use as required.
