Preparation Protocol:
1. Suspend 34.0g in 1L distilled water
2. Heat to 80°C with vigorous stirring
3. Add 1g polysorbate 80 per 200ml broth
4. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes
Note: Initial clumping is normal – continue heating to dissolve
