Preparation Protocol:
1. Suspend 49.0g in 1L distilled water
2. Boil ≥1 minute with vigorous stirring
3. Add 1g polysorbate 80 per 200ml medium
4. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes
5. Swirl during cooling to ensure even mixing
