Product Overview:
Comprehensive Potatoes Medium is a nutrient-rich agar medium formulated for the cultivation of fungi. With the addition of potato powder, dextrose, essential salts, and thiamine, it provides an optimized environment for fungal growth and observation in microbiology laboratories.

Formula (per liter):

• Potato Powder – 5.0 g

• Dextrose – 20.0 g

• Monopotassium Phosphate – 3.0 g

• Magnesium Sulfate – 1.5 g

• Thiamine·HCl – 0.1 g

• Agar – 20.0 g

• pH 6.0 ± 0.2 (25℃)

Preparation Instructions:

1. Weigh 49.6 g of the medium and suspend in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.

2. Heat to boiling until fully dissolved.

3. Dispense into suitable containers.

4. Sterilize at 121℃ for 15 minutes or at 115℃ for 30 minutes.

5. Shake well after sterilization to prevent agar from settling.

6. Medium appears white and opaque due to potato powder.
