⚗️ Preparation Instructions
Suspend 12.7 g of the powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.
Heat to boiling with stirring until completely dissolved.
Dispense into suitable containers.
Sterilize at 121 °C for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly, gently mix, and let solidify.
Store prepared medium for use.
