Storage: Stable at room temperature with a 3-year shelf life, ensuring consistent performance over time.
Preparation Instructions
Measure 50.58g of the base and dissolve in 1L of distilled or deionized water.
Heat to a boil for at least 1 minute to ensure complete dissolution, then dispense into containers.
Sterilize at 121°C under high pressure for 15 minutes. Shake immediately after sterilization.
Cool to 50-55°C, then aseptically add 1 vial of BCSA supplement per 200ml of medium. Mix gently and pour into petri dishes for use.
