• Skim Milk Powder – 100.0g

• Yeast Extract – 10.0g

• Bromcresol Purple – 0.016g

Preparation Instructions

1. Dissolve 130.0g of the medium in 1L of distilled or deionized water.

2. Sterilize at 116℃ for 20 minutes.

3. After sterilization, mix well to prevent sedimentation.

4. Pour into sterile plates and allow to solidify.

5. Ready for use in lactobacilli cultivation.
