⚙️ Directions for Use

  1. Suspend 28.0 g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water.

  2. Warm gently with stirring until completely dissolved.

  3. Dispense 10 ml portions into test tubes containing inverted Durham tubes.

  4. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121 °C for 10 minutes.

  5. Cool to room temperature before use.
