Broken Meat Medium Base is a specialized microbiological medium designed for the cultivation of Propionibacterium acnes. The medium requires supplementation with chopped or dried meat particles to support bacterial growth. It is ideal for clinical microbiology, acne research, and studies on anaerobic skin bacteria.

Instructions for Use:
Dissolve 50.5g of Broken Meat Medium Base in 1L of distilled or deionized water. Boil until fully dissolved.
Dispense into culture tubes.
Add an appropriate amount of chopped or dried meat particles, filling approximately 1/3 of the liquid height.
Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
Cool and store until use.
Storage: Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 3 years.
