Formula (per liter): Contains Pancreatic Digest of Casein (5.0g), Yeast Extract (3.0g), Peptic Digest of Animal Tissue (5.0g), Lactose (10.0g), Sodium Chloride (5.0g), Sucrose (10.0g), Phenol Red (0.08g), Brilliant Green (0.0125g), and Agar (20.0g), with a pH of 6.9±0.2 at 25°C.
Storage: Stable at room temperature with a 3-year shelf life, ensuring consistent performance over time.
Preparation Instructions
Dissolve 58.0g of the medium in 1L of distilled or deionized water, then heat to a boil.
Dispense and sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes or 115°C for 30 minutes.
Cool to approximately 55°C before pouring into petri dishes.
