Formula (per liter): Contains Peptone (10.0g), Beef Extract (5.0g), Dextrose (5.0g), Ferrous Sulfate (0.3g), Disodium Hydrogen Phosphate (4.0g), Ammonium Bismuth Citrate (2.0g), Brilliant Green (0.025g), Sodium Sulfite (6.0g), and Agar (18.0g), with a pH of 7.5±0.2 at 25°C.
Storage: Stable at room temperature with a 3-year shelf life, ensuring consistent performance over time.
Preparation Instructions
Measure 5.03g of the medium and dissolve in 100ml of distilled or deionized water.
Stir, boil, and dissolve for 1 minute, then adjust to the final volume.
Cool to 50–55°C before pouring into plates.
For best results, prepare no more than 200ml at a time. Use overnight after preparation and consume within 3 days.
