Sodium Chloride – 5.0 g
Lactose – 20.0 g

Preparation Instructions:
Dissolve 38 g of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.
Stir and heat to boiling until fully dissolved.
Dispense and sterilize at 115℃ for 20 minutes.
Cool to room temperature and medium is ready for use.
