Preparation Instructions:

1. Dissolve 69.3 g of the medium in 1L of distilled or deionized water.

2. Heat to boiling until fully dissolved.

3. Dispense into appropriate containers.

4. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.

5. Mix gently after sterilization to prevent agar from settling.
