Composition (per liter):

• Glucose – 10.0 g

• Manganese Sulfate – 0.0001 g

• Ferrous Sulfate – 0.0001 g

• Yeast Extract – 0.5 g

• Agar – 20.0 g

• Final pH: 7.0 ± 0.2 (25℃)

Preparation Instructions:

1. Suspend 36.3 g of the medium in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.

2. Heat to boiling for at least 1 minute until completely dissolved.

3. Dispense into containers.

4. Sterilize at 121℃ for 30 minutes.

5. Cool and solidify before use.
