Medium Composition (per liter):
Tryptone 17.0 g
Soya Peptone 3.0 g
Sodium Chloride 5.0 g
Dipotassium Phosphate 2.5 g
Agar 20.0 g
Preparation Instructions:
Dissolve 47.5 g of the medium in 1L of distilled or deionized water.
Heat to boiling until completely dissolved.
Dispense into containers.
Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
Mix gently after sterilization to prevent agar sedimentation.
This culture medium is widely used for Bacillus spore culture, microbial testing, and laboratory research applications.
