Azorhizobium Medium Base is a specialized microbiological medium designed for the cultivation of stem and root nodule bacteria, including nitrogen-fixing Rhizobium and related species. This medium provides essential nutrients for bacterial growth and supports research in nitrogen fixation, plant-microbe interactions, and agricultural microbiology. For optimal performance, sodium lactate can be added to the medium after sterilization to enhance bacterial growth.

Instructions for Use:
Dissolve 16.7g of Azorhizobium Medium Base in 1L of distilled or deionized water. Boil until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. After sterilization, gently shake the medium to mix and cool to approximately 50°C. Under sterile conditions, add 1g of sodium lactate per 100mL of medium, mix thoroughly, pour into petri dishes, and allow to solidify.
Storage: Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 3 years.
