Specialized formulation for detecting bacterial arginine dihydrolase activity under oxygen-free conditions. Requires mineral oil overlay (0.3mm layer) to create an anaerobic environment in each test tube for accurate enzyme activity assessment.

Anaerobic Protocol:

1. Dissolve 14.0g in 1L water, boil to clarify

2. Dispense into tubes

3. Add 0.3mm mineral oil layer

4. Sterilize under selected conditions
