⚗️ Preparation Instructions

  1. Suspend 13.25 g of the powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.

  2. Heat to boiling with stirring until completely dissolved.

  3. Dispense into appropriate containers.

  4. Sterilize at 121 °C for 15 minutes.

  5. Allow to cool slightly, gently mix, and let solidify.

  6. Store prepared medium for use
