It provides a nutrient-rich environment with peptone, beef extract, yeast extract, sucrose, and magnesium sulfate, supporting robust bacterial growth. Ideal for plant biotechnology research, root-inducing Agrobacterium studies, and microbiology laboratories.

Instructions for Use:
Dissolve 16.5g of Agrobacterium rhizogenes Broth Medium in 1L of distilled or deionized water. Adjust proportionally for smaller or larger volumes.
Heat and boil until fully dissolved.
Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
Cool to room temperature.
If required, under sterile conditions, add filtered antibiotic solutions (e.g., Kanamycin 100mg/L). Medium is now ready for use.
Storage: Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 3 years.
