Ammonium Sulfate — 1.0 g
L-Cysteine HCl — 1.0 g

Calcium Chloride — 0.01 g
Final pH: 7.3 ± 0.2 (25°C)
Directions for Use
- Suspend 57.0 g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water.
- If required, add 7 g/L or 20 g/L agar to prepare semi-solid or solid agar medium.
- Heat to boiling until the medium is completely dissolved.
- Dispense into suitable containers.
- Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 10 minutes.
- After sterilization, mix thoroughly and allow to cool before use.
