⚙️ Directions for Use
Suspend 20.0 g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water
(adjust proportionally if preparing different volumes).Heat gently with stirring until completely dissolved.
Dispense into suitable containers.
Sterilize by autoclaving at 121 °C for 15 minutes.
Cool to room temperature before use.
