Formula per liter:

• Pancreatic Digest of Casein: 16.0 g

• Yeast Extract: 10.0 g

• Sodium Chloride: 5.0 g

• pH 7.0 ± 0.2 (25℃)

Preparation: Suspend 31.0 g of powder in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water, heat to dissolve completely, dispense into containers, and sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
