Formula (per liter):

• Corn Extract – 7.0 g

• Agar – 15.0 g

Preparation Instructions:
Dissolve 2.2 g of the powder in 100 mL of distilled or deionized water. Add 1 mL of Tween 80 (1%). Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes or 115°C for 30 minutes. Cool to 45–50°C and pour into plates. Medium is ready for use.

Note: The product is hygroscopic; store in a dry place.
