Glucose — 10.0 g
Yeast Extract — 1.0 g
Beef Extract — 1.0 g
Agar — 15.0 g
Final pH: 7.3 ± 0.2 (25°C)
Directions for Use
- Suspend 29.0 g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water.
- Heat and boil for at least 1 minute until completely dissolved.
- Dispense into suitable containers.
- Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
- Allow the medium to cool and pour into sterile petri dishes if agar plates are required.
