✅ Preparation Instructions
- Suspend 24.5 g of the medium in 1,000 mL of distilled water.
- Heat to boiling with frequent agitation until completely dissolved.
- Dispense into suitable containers.
- Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
- Cool and mix well before use.
Note:
Due to the presence of skim milk powder, a small amount of white precipitate may appear after sterilization. This does not affect performance.
