✅ Preparation Instructions

  1. Suspend 42.0 g of the product in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water.
  2. Add 1 mL of polysorbate 80 per 100 mL of medium.
  3. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved.
  4. Dispense into suitable containers.
  5. Sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes.
  6. After sterilization, mix well to prevent agar from settling.
  7. Allow to cool and store for use.
