⚗️ Preparation Instructions

1. Suspend 16.1 g of the powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.

2. Heat to boiling with stirring until completely dissolved.

3. Dispense into suitable containers or tubes.

4. Sterilize at 121 °C for 15 minutes.

5. Allow to cool and solidify.

6. Store prepared medium until use.
