⚙️ Directions for Use
Suspend 28.0 g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled or deionized water.
Warm gently with stirring until completely dissolved.
Dispense 10 ml portions into test tubes containing inverted Durham tubes.
Sterilize by autoclaving at 121 °C for 10 minutes.
Cool to room temperature before use.
